MIDTOWN ROCHESTER RISING AUCTION!

The City will be offering a large selection of items from Midtown Plaza, including Santa’s chair and other nostalgic holiday decorations, as well as store fixtures, restaurant and office equipment, warehouse and material handling equipment, interior plants and more for sale at a 10 a.m. public auction, Thurs., Aug. 14 at Midtown Plaza.

Item preview and pre-registration (required) begins at 9 a.m. (Identification will be required for registration). Some selling areas and smaller rooms may be dark and attendees may wish to bring a flashlight.

Access Midtown plaza from Broad St. or park in the Midtown underground garage and take the elevator to the mall level of the plaza. Once the auction begins, it will continue until all items are sold to the highest bidders. Payment can be made in cash, N.Y. State-drawn check, Visa or Mastercard. Successful bidders will have to load their own purchased items, which may be removed on auction day until 4 p.m. and on Fri., from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. There will be limited freight elevator and loading dock access.
